Order Procedure – Organ Parts
- a customer comes in touch with our company – in written form by a letter or an email, on phone specifies his ideas
- a customer provides material the organ part will be made of, if our customer is not able to specify its parameters, our company will come and make a concrete documentation and come up with solution
- a company will set up an offer of requested organ part (free of charge), the time- and financial- schedule including, send an offer to our customer and he tells the company other comments if there are any. The customer´s comments could refer to all points of our offer. We will try to fulfil your ideas and arrange the offer to both sides´ satisfaction.
- if the customer decides to work with our company, we prepare the draft of contract, and after both sides´ agreement the contract could be signed
- the works will be realised due to the contract and the offer, alternately at the place of organ is going to be at and our workshop
- after finishing there will be a handing over organised by our client
- the organ guarantee period will start
